Mahi Mahi with Citrus

For 4 people ()


  • 2 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 medium lemon
  • 1 medium lime
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon(s) thyme, dried
  • 1 salt to taste
  • 1 pepper, freshly ground to taste
  • 4 6 ounce fillets fish, mahi-mahi

Mahi Mahi with Citrus Directions

  1. Whisk together oil, lemon juice, lime juice, garlic, thyme, and salt and pepper to taste.  Place fish in a shallow dish, drizzle with citrus mixture, turn to coat, and marinate at room temperature for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat grill pan or nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.  Add fish and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side. Serve hot.
