  • 1 dash(es) cayenne pepper (optionall)
  • ice as desired
  • Fresh mint to taste (optional)
  • 1 Packet ITG Banana Strawberry Gelatin or your choice
  • 1 - 8 inch cucumber, peeled (scoop out seeds if desired)
  • 1 cup(s) fresh spinach or kale
  • 8 ounce(s) water
  • 1 dash(es) lemon or lime juice (optional)

Veggie Protein Shake Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a Magic Bullet, Ninja, or blender (some older blenders may not crush ice enough to work well)
  2. Blend until smooth consistency and enjoy. Pour into ITG Shaker bottle with blender ball to keep the shake well mixed, or add cayenne pepper and drink it fast!
