  • 0.25 cup(s) plus 2 tbsp Walden Farms Ketchup
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 0.5 small onion, minced
  • 1 teaspoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
  • 1.33 pound(s) extra lean ground turkey
  • 0.5 cup(s) crushed ITG Sour Cream & Fine Herb Zippers
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon(s) thyme
  • sea salt and black pepper to taste

Turkey Meatloaf Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl, combine 2 tbsp of ketchup with soy sauce.
  2. Sautee olive oil and onion on low until onions are translucent. Remove from heat.
  3. In a bowl, mix turkey, onion, Sour Cream & Fine Herb Zippers, egg, 1/4 cup of Walden Farms ketchup, salt/pepper and thyme. Place into loaf pan or shape into loaf and place on baking pan. Spoon sauce over the top.
  4. Bake uncovered for 60 minutes, check that internal temperature is at least 165 degrees. Remove from oven and allow to sit for 5 minutes before slicing.
